 🍝 Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta | Rich, Easy & Comforting


Craving something creamy, cheesy, and soul-satisfying? This Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a classic comfort food that never goes out of style — perfect for family dinners, cozy weekends, or even a quick weeknight meal. Made with tender chicken, garlic-infused cream sauce, and fettuccine pasta, this dish is always a hit — especially with U.S. audiences!





📝 Ingredients


For the Chicken:


2 chicken breasts (cut into strips or cubes)

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tsp paprika (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil or butter





For the Alfredo Sauce:


2 tbsp butter

4–5 garlic cloves (minced)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup milk

¾ cup grated parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper to taste

Pinch of nutmeg (optional, adds warmth)

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)








For the Pasta:


250g fettuccine or any pasta of choice

Water & salt for boiling


👩‍🍳 Instructions


Step 1: Cook the Pasta


Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente.

Drain and set aside (reserve ½ cup of pasta water).


Step 2: Cook the Chicken


Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

In a pan, heat oil or butter and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.


Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce


In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in cream and milk. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add a splash of pasta water if it’s too thick.


Step 4: Combine & Serve


Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Mix well to coat everything evenly.

Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan on top.
